Yandle made his debut on Monday and was minus-one with three shots in close to 20 minutes of play. Marc Staal, Chris Kreider, Dominic Moore and Rick Nash all scored for the Rangers, who have won five of their last six games. Mats Zuccarello, who New York signed to an extension on Monday, and Derick Brassard each posted two assists. Matt Cullen had the lone goal for Nashville while Pekka Rinne allowed three goals on 39 shots for the Predators, who have lost their last three.
