"Housetalk" with Pete Sessa is approaching its 14th year on the air!
Pete is a Professional Home Inspector. His company, Pete Sessa and Associates, performs home inspections for homebuyers and sellers. They perform E.I.F.S.(exterior insulation finish system) inspections and analysis. Pete performs mold inspections that include air sampling and swab testing. They also provide consulting services for problem specific concerns and phased inspections for new homes.
Pete is a south Jersey boy who grew up in Norfolk, as his dad was stationed here in the Navy.
He has two daughters, Ashley and Anne Barrett. They drive him crazy, but are his pride and joy. Ashley is and undergrad studant at the University of Alabama. Anne Barrett attends Augusta State University.
When he’s not inspecting houses or hosting "Housetalk", you can find Pete out in the surf on his boogie board.
